In this function Josh oversees operations and business improvement inside the personal finance division. Previously, Josh was the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Luav, LLC, an Inc. 5000 company that was acquired by DMS in 2018. Prior to Josh’s entrepreneurial expertise, he served as a Special Agent for the FBI within the Criminal Investigative Division. Before serving as a federal law enforcement officer, Josh built a team of analysts for the largest unbiased U.S. securities regulator, FINRA. Josh’s group was answerable for creating procedures on how examine issues of insider trading, securities fraud, and market manipulation surrounding private placements in public equity. Before FINRA, Josh conducted research and managed operations for hedge fund firm Yashar Capital and started his profession as a securities broker fo r Friedman Billings Ramsey. Josh holds an MBA from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School and a BS in Finance from the Robert H.
